  1. Using the “Show menus” dropdown, navigate to the main menu section in which you would like your new page to appear.

  2. Click the “Add New Page” icon to open the “Edit Page Settings” window:

  3. Fill in the fields for your new page:

    • Name - This is what will display in the menu

    • Menu order - the order this page will be displayed in. You can easily change this later from the Site Administration section.

    • Template type - these are the pre-defined templates / layouts that are available for your website. Some of them are standard for all our clients (for example, the image galleries or the booking engine pages) and some have been custom designed just for your website (for example the presentation pages or the newsletter).

If you are not sure what a template type will look like, click the “Show me this layout” button:

This will open a new window with the selected layout filled with text and images. Please be careful selecting a template type, as this can be difficult to change later

    • Inactive - Check this box to make this page inactive (not available to be viewed
by the public). This is the only way to remove or “delete” a page. The page can easily be restored at any time

    • Page restriction - Define who is able to view this menu section. This is usually set to “Always show”. You can define a period of time that this menu is available. Outside of this timeframe the menu item will automatically become inactive. This is usually left blank

    • Sub sub menu - If you check this box and then select an existing sub menu, this allows you to create a third menu level that would pop out from your sub menu. For example:
      Home (Main Menu)
             > About Us (Sub Menu)
                    > Our team (Sub sub menu)

    • Brochure file - if your chosen template type is Brochure I-frame or Brochure pop-up (recommended) then tick this box and then choose the brochure you would like this sub menu item to link to

    • Language - Tick the checkbox if you want a language selection to appear on the side menu. Only relevant if you have a multi lingual studio

    • Language - If you have multiple languages, fill in the translated page name, book it text (only needed for booking engine page) and brochure text (only needed for brochure file)

  4. Press “Save” to save your new page, or “Close” to return to the Site Administration menu without saving.
Note: Once you have added your new page, you can easily change any of these
settings in the future by clicking on the “Setup” icon:
