Connection between RMS PMS and évoSuite
The following process needs to be followed by client to enabling the connection between RMS PMS and évoSuite:
  1. Contact RMS and retrieve RMS ClientID for the property by.
    1. Please talk to RMS about the connection. RMS needs to link the Client with RéserveGroup Agent Code in their system
    2. RMS will send necessary paperwork to Client and it may involve some fees as well. All these needs to be finished before moving forward.
  2. Contact RéserveGroup Support/Developer and provide RMS ClientID for the website/domain.
  3. Send RéserveGroup Support/Developer list of all RoomTypes available in RMS PMS with RoomTypeIDs for the website.
  4. Support/Developer will update the évoSuite Service's PMS RoomTypeID with the RoomTypeIDs provided by RMS after confirming the live RoomTypeIDs from RMS.
  5. Client sends a confirmation email to RéserveGroup to go live with the RMS and évoSuite connection.
  6. Support/Developer confirms whether RMS PMS has inventory and rates already loaded for each Room Type by the client.
  7. On confirmation, Support/Developer will set the RMS and évoSuite connection live.
  8. Now onwards, for all booking engine request on website, évoSuite will connect to RMS and retrieves live Inventory and Rates. évoSuite will send all Reservations done on the website as soon as booking is confirmed.

Notes for Client:

  1. RéserveGroup Support/Developer copies all email conversation to client and Account Manager as well.
  2. évoSuite booking engine may not show any services available after setting RMS and évoSuite connection live until inventory and rates are received from RMS by évoSuite by calling booking engine on website.
  3. Once the connection between RMS PMS and évoSuite goes live
    1. évoSuite makes all inventory and rates (received from RMS PMS) available to all clients as well as public.
    2. On Request Bookings are not allowed on the website since évoSuite uses live inventory from RMS PMS.
    3. Promo Codes will no longer be effective as all the rates and inventory are available to all.
    4. All évoSuite services will be charged as 'Per Night Matrix'. In case few services are not already being charged as 'Per Night Matrix', it get updated automatically.
    5. évoSuite will not allow change in Inventory or Rate/Validity/Period/Conditions. However, condition texts can be changed if required.
