If you are experiencing difficulties running your evoSuiteCRM follow these steps to fix your issues:
- Open Trust Center in Outlook (2007 Tools > Trust Centre, 2010 File > Options > Trust Centre)
- Click on the Add-ins Tab on the left hand side
- If evoSuiteCRM is listed under 'Inactive Application Add-ins', click the 'Go' button located at the bottom of the Trust Centre.
- Put a tick in the box next to evoSuiteCRM and click OK.
- Close Outlook and wait 30 seconds prior to starting Outlook again.
If evoSuiteCRM fails to run after doing the Trust Centre steps:

- Reboot your machine
- install the CRM again from here: Outlook.evosuite.com/outlookaddin/2010/setup.exe
- update your certificate with Microsoft using this link here: Outlook.evosuite.com/outlookaddin/2010/cert.exe
Updating to the Latest Release of the CRM:
Completely uninstall the old CRM by going to:
WinXP: Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
Vista+: Control Panel > Programs & Features
Uninstall evoSuiteCRM, and then you must reboot your machine.
Download the new version of the CRM from the link below:
http://outlook.evosuite.com/outlookaddin/2010/evosuitecrm2011.application
The reason for this update is due to a Microsoft update that has a bug that gets confused about our new code signing certificate. We had to change the name of the application from evoSuiteCRM to evoSuiteCRM2011 to fix the errors.
