Once logged into your website, go to Services -> Inventory.

On this screen, you can manually change the availability of each service by filling in the numbers on the corresponding dates.

  • -1: Unavailable
  •  0: On Request (you will receive an email asking if there is any availability)
  • > 1: Normal inventory levels (when it runs out, it will default to on request, contacting you via email for any enquiries)

You can make mass changes by going to the bottom of the inventory page, and selecting the service you wish to make changes too in the first drop down box.

In the second drop down box you select what you would like to do to the inventory for that service. The options are as follows:

  • Increase Inventory By – this is a flat increase by the amount you enter into the Rooms/Services Value box to the right of it.
  • Decrease Inventory By – this is the opposite of Increase Inventory by, and works the same way.
  • Set Value To – This will change all inventory for the period selected to match the value you enter in the Rooms/Services Box to the right.

Below this is the Dates, where you enter the From and To dates you want these changes to modify your selected service.

Release Date is the number of days before the day that the services are set to 0 automatically. You can enter a value, or leave it blank. It is sometimes used by some bigger hotels who then use the allotments in other places.
