Leading global hospitality management chain Swiss-Belhotel International has teamed with ReserveGroup New Zealand to deliver an advanced desktop and mobile digital marketing platform to over 120 hotels.

Swiss-bel Homepage Fast growing world-wide hotel group Swiss-Belhotel International launched a new state of the art digital marketing system built by New Zealand company ReserveGroup, making it easier and faster for guests to book online while helping the business significantly improve its websites, communications and operational efficiency.

The new websites are built on a 100% New Zealand developed tourism marketing software platform called evoSuite that enables the group to easily manage and showcase their growing portfolio of hotels. As it is vital for an international hotel chain to always have its website live with fast loading speed in multiple countries, it will be served through a 45 node cloud-front distributed network enabling content to be rendered as close to the user as possible, resulting in high speed world-wide delivery.

evoSuite offers a dual user interface comprising windows and web and the majority of information is managed as structured data enabling the group to gain a unique overview of each and every hotel, their promotions, experiences, reviews etc. The information can then be used across a multitude of channels from the international site to individual hotel sites as well as electronic direct marketing and social media channels like Facebook or Twitter. The platform is fully responsive, which means communications are optimised for viewing across a wide range of devices including traditional computers, tablets or smartphones.

evoSuite features a multitude of latest technologies and APIs. Among these, ReviewPro integration, internet booking engines integration, in-depth Google Maps integration which improves the service to guest by showing local attractions and how to get there from each hotel.
