Group communications into campaigns, assign distribution lists to categories of recipient (previous customers, PCOs, trade, corporate, etc.) and then choose which recipient categories should receive which campaign types.  Allow our system to automatically send your communication to the right people based on your pre-determined rules.

Once your email is sent, our software will track the response of each every recipient!  Include one (or many) calls-to-action back to your website in your email and our software will tell you which person click which call-to-action first, which links you provided were most popular, how many times they returned to your website as a result of your email and the exact dollar value of conversions to sale.

Reporting tools graphically present the success of a single communication or an entire campaign based on links-back, sales and leads.  And if your recipient doesn’t ‘buy’ then and there, but returns to purchase/book at any time in the following 30 days, our software can also report this to you.

The évoSuite e-Marketing module is software designed to enable you to post news items on your website; with it you can create, categorise and publish news, events, promotions, FAQ’s and knowledge base articles.   It is easy-to-use and lets you take 100% control of your website and respond quickly and efficiently to the ever-changing market and competition. 

You don’t have to be a computer whiz like our website builders to keep your website dynamic and up to date.

This system is incredibly simple and allows you to:

  • create unlimited categories
  • add headlines, short teasers, images, contact details and more
  • automatically displays your text according to a stylish and customisable template
  • automatically displays News items from most recent to earliest
  • archives (does not delete) items automatically after the expiry date has passed
  • pre-plan and time important releases - add a start and end date to an item and even a start and end time

Basically, the CRM is excellent for tracking, organising and assigning contacts once in the system.

However the E marketing module works independent to the CRM………. And therefore is not needed to effectively create campaigns, create new newsletters and  track the campaigns effectiveness.
