Email Error 571 - Delivery not authorized
The system calculates the message's spam score and bounces obvious spam back to the sender with the error message “ERROR 571 Message refused."

This usually happens when the outgoing server rejects some of the recipients because they're not in the server's domain and the server is configured to reject relay attempts.

They also probably need to authenticate their outgoing server (done on the "Outgoing Server" tab for the account).

This error means there is an issue on the email senders side.
